The hands-on labs and capture-the-flag competitions organized by Purdue University Northwest CWCT were instrumental in developing my practical skills.
The hands-on labs and capture-the-flag competitions organized by Purdue University Northwest CWCT were instrumental in developing my practical skills. While other programs I looked at were heavily theoretical, CWCT emphasized real-world scenarios and practical application. The advanced penetration testing course was particularly valuable, as it used actual enterprise environments for training. The instructors, all active security professionals, shared current techniques and methodologies that I use daily in my work. The coalition also facilitated an internship that turned into my current full-time role. I’ve recommended this program to several colleagues who were looking to advance their cybersecurity careers.
